Magnetic sheet is made of ferrite magnet powder and synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE,NBR etc.) by Calendering process. Magnetic sheet can be bent, twisted, coiled, punched, and otherwise machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy.

We are able to laminate various decorative material onto the non-magnetic face of magnetic sheet, White PVC vinyl, Colourful PVC vinyl, PP vinyl, Double-sided self adhensive, dry wipe finish, etc. The magnetic face would always be coated with UV coating.

Standard Thicknesses
Range from 0.012” to 0.060”, with a tolerance of (+/- 0.003”). All magnet thickness measurements are taken before laminates are applied. The thicker the flexible magnet, the stronger it is.
Flexible magnetic sheeting is available with a variety of high quality laminates that are typically applied to the non-magnetic (weak) side. The most frequently used laminates are vinyls or adhesives depending on the required function of the magnet
