A3 size direct transfer UV DTF Film A+B for UV DTF Printer

Direct to film comprehensive solution is a new technology of the digital revolution. The biggest advantage of this new technology is that after printing, it can be directly attached to the substrate to be transferred without other processing.

A whole set of the UV DTF transfer Magic Film contain 2 parts-1 piece of UV printed magic film-A, Transfer film-B.

Using Step:

Application

Glass, wood, metal, crafts, ceramic, leather,home decoration, advertising, logo,package labels

1. Design Pattern

   Use photoshop,illustrator or other software to design your pattern.

2. Cold transfer film (don't suggest use hot melt film)

   Remove the release liner from Magic film-A, with the adhesive side up,secure magic film-A by tapeon the metal plate.

3. Print on PET Magic film-A

   Print the pattern on the direct transfer film first,and print in the order of Varnish,white ink,color ink,and varnish (V+W+CMYK+V).

4. Transfer film

   After printing, put the PET transfer film A on the direct transfer film. It is recommeded to us a desktop laminator to press it.

5. Use scissors to cut the printed image

6. Spearate the magic film-A and B apart

7. Stick the image part onto the desired surface,and press gently to remove air bubbles

8. Quickly tear magic film-B off for keeping the images on the desired surface
